FAQ

Where do you ship from?

Depending on the product ordered, we ship from Florida, California, Oklahoma, Las Vegas, and New Jersey. Our primary fulfillment center is in Florida.

Are your products authentic and new?

Every product we sell is 100% authentic and comes in the original manufacturer's packaging. We only deliver the best products on the market, and as such, only carry legitimate products.

How long does shipping take?

Normally, we ship out our products within one business day of the order being placed. The customers who opt to pay for shipping usually get their orders pushed to the front of the queue for processing and fulfillment; orders with the free shipping option still get processed and fulfilled in a timely manner. After the order is shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information. Normally, orders take between 2-3 business days to arrive. We offer free shipping for orders over $60 for our customers in the United States.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

FedEx or USPS depending on the size of the order. 

I received a notification email with tracking, but nothing shows up on the carrier's website?

Once we pack up your order and have a tracking number, we will send that information over to you. There is sometimes a slight delay between when we send out the tracking information and when the carrier scans the package. Sometimes the carrier will indicate that tracking will not be available until 12-24 hours after the label is created. Don't worry though, if you've received an email with tracking, your package is on its way!
